The IDEAL center will remain closed until September 20, 2024, with the new exhibition JULES VERNE.

If you have reduced admission tickets for people with disabilities, the youth card and the card for large families or single parents, you must prove that you meet the needs of these groups with the corresponding card.

The recommended visit is 90 minutes long. However, you can remain in the building as long as you wish.

We recommend you to get there 5 minutes prior to the hour of the visit.

You can access up to 10 minutes later. For example, if you have purchased a ticket for the 12:30 p.m. session, you may access until 12:40 p.m.

At this time we have discounts for people with disabilities with the name ” Reduced Ticket”,  people under 12 and over 65 during the whole week.

We recommend you to take advantage of Monday, because is the IDEAL day and there are reduced prices for all.

The Tutankhamun experience will be available until June 30, 2024.

As long as tickets are available, you can purchase them at the box office. However, if there are unavailable sessions on the website, tickets will not be available at the box office.

The ticket has an entry hour, but not an exit hour. The ticket is valid for the entire day inside of the exhibition. You can’t leave the exhibition and come back in.

It is preferable to buy the gift card if you can’t decide the exact time, and change it whenever you want, as long as there is availability.

If you buy a regular ticket, to a closed session, you will not be able to make changes due to the purchase policy.

Due to purchase policy, NO changes or returns are made.

You can enter in the center with printed tickets or in digital format, provided that the barcode is displayed correctly.

It is recommended to check spam or junk mail. If you cannot find the confirmation email, check if the bank has made the payment. If so, you can provide your name and email address at the box office on the day of your visit to confirm your ticket and authorize access. If you prefer to receive it before, you can write to us at [email protected] and we will send it to you by mail in PDF format.

The venue is adapted to wheelchair circulation and people with reduced mobility.

The exhibition is accessible to all visitors, but some groups may be sensitive to the content. You can read our recommendations in our Legal Notice.

You can enter with a stroller.

The admission of pets is forbidden.

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal tutor or an adult.

You can use VR glasses with your regular vision glasses.

You can take photos in all the exhibition areas, make sure the flash is switched off.
