JULES VERNE 200 is the most ambitious large-scale production of IDEAL (Layers Of Reality) and the most comprehensive: immersive spaces, virtual reality, metaverse and traditional exhibition spaces. It will celebrate its world premiere at IDEAL, the center for digital arts in Barcelona, in September 2024.
The 3D film, which will be projected in the well-known immersive space with more than 1000 m² of screen, will include a new dome that will completely change visitors’ perception of a cultural space that is already an icon in the city of Barcelona. And through virtual reality, we will open a Vernean metaverse that will transcend all limits of imagination to take a journey through the spaces of Verne’s 5 most popular novels.
Through his most famous works such as “Journey to the Center of the Earth”, “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”, “Around the World in 80 Days”, “Robur the Conqueror” and “From the Earth to the Moon”, Verne has inspired artists and intellectuals from all over the world.
